You may browse and download the GIFs for personal, non-commercial sharing. You may not resell the files, claim the artwork as your own, or scrape the site to rebuild the catalog.

The artwork

Animations on this site are original. They are not licensed from GIPHY, Tenor, or a stock library. Personal use includes sending a GIF to a person for their birthday. Commercial use — ads, merchandise, resale — needs written permission from rights@happybirthdaygifs.com.

No warranty about other apps

A downloaded file is an animated GIF. WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, and other apps may convert it. Guides on this site describe current behavior as of the review date. They are not a promise that every version of every app will keep the animation.

The personalizer

You are responsible for the name you type. Do not use the tool to harass someone. We do not store the text, and we do not host the personalized file.
